Returns & refunds

Food products cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene and safety reasons.

If a pack arrives damaged, leaking or is not what you ordered, write to us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photograph, and we will replace it or refund you in full.

Refunds for prepaid orders are made to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Cash-on-delivery refunds are made by bank transfer.
