How We Take An Order To Market

From Enquiry
to Bill of Lading.

01

Enquiry and Specification

Spice, growing region, grade, mesh, moisture, pack and destination market are agreed in writing — including anything your country’s import rules require.

02

Sample Approval

A sample is drawn against that specification and sent to you, so you approve the material that will actually ship.

03

Contract and Terms

Quantity, price, Incoterm, port of discharge, payment terms and shipment window are fixed in a sales contract.

04

Sourcing and Processing

The lot is bought from the agreed region, then cleaned, graded and, where required, milled on our own line.

05

Pre-Shipment Checks

The lot is tested against the agreed specification, and a third-party inspection can be arranged if your contract calls for one.

06

Packing and Stuffing

Packed and marked to your instructions, then stuffed into the container with the lot codes recorded against it.

07

Documents and Dispatch

The full document set travels ahead of the cargo, so it can be cleared at your port the day it arrives.
